Fasting Requirement
Overnight 8–12 hours fasting. Sample at 0 hour (fasting) and at advised intervals after 75 g glucose.

General Reference Range
- Fasting: <100 mg/dL
- 2‑hour: <140 mg/dL normal; 140–199 mg/dL IGT; ≥200 mg/dL diabetes

Elevated 2‑hour values indicate IGT/diabetes; consider HbA1c, FPG, and clinical context.
