Refund & Cancellation Policy for Thyrolabs360

1. Sample Not Collected (Advance Payment Cases):

• Full Refund:

  • No service provider available in your area.

  • Duplicate bookings due to system errors.

  • Service provider fails to attempt sample collection.

• Partial Refund: Rs. 100 deducted as cancellation charges in all other cases.

2. Sample Collected But Not Processed:

• Partial Refund: Handling charges of Rs. 200–300 per order deducted if processing is stopped post-collection.

• Full Refund: Issued for pre-analytical or transportation issues caused by Thyrolabs360.

3. Sample Processed & Reported Successfully:

• No Refund: Once results are delivered, cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Sample Cancelled by Laboratory (Technical Reasons):

• Re-testing Offered: If denied, refund valid for 60 days after submitting bank details (Account Number, Holder Name, Bank/Branch, IFSC Code).

Processing Time:

• Refunds reflect in your account within 7–10 working days after approval.
